Our Master ice cream maker  have invented and patented a product which will be a revolution in ice cream sector.; its secret is a new producing system based on cold vacuum mixing of the ingredients. It comes in 1 kg bags at – 18 C°, and maintains its sensory properties for 1 year. The lasting period, along with free bacteria test, has been certified by Messrs. Biomill in Leghorn, food specialized biological laboratory.

 

Indeed, no hot temperature pasteurization nor whipping are needed, thus avoiding inserting air and loss of freshness with subsequent flavour alteration; also, being oxygen free, our product does not oxidise. Mr Pachetti is member of “Italian Pastry, Ice Cream, Chocolate Masters Equipe”

Our Unico Gelato Espresso is easy to use: just stir the quantity you wish in a thermomix or a blender until it reaches a creamy density of service, it will only take 4 minutes!
